I found an immense amount of value in my conversation with Connie. In just an hour, she helped me self-realize that although I would love to enjoy doing all the mundane tasks of crm or find a passion for certain parts of the business that other reps I admire enjoy and excel in, that it may just not fit me well because of my operating system as an individual and how I am wired.

Connie provided so much insight into my personal and professional life in a short amount of time that it’s hard to imagine how valuable the effects of coaching can be! The knowledge and experience she brings to the table combined with the way she guides the conversation to sometimes allow you to step back and see the bigger picture feels enlightening. I appreciated everything she was able to show me during our time.

Working with Connie was an absolute pleasure. Connie’s coaching not only helped me stay others focused, but allowed me to adapt a positive, optimistic mindset that is crucial in this business. Connie helped me bring to light many things that I was struggling with in my personal practice; once those struggle points were identified, Connie helped me tackle them head on. If you are looking to take your business to the next level, I would absolutely recommend getting in touch with Connie.

I honestly can say that there are very few individuals that have the positive qualities that Connie has. One side of her is one of the hardest working, compassionate, and selfless individuals I have ever had the pleasure to work with. Examples of this are her ability to not only hold all financial representatives accountable for the work we do in our RACE meetings, but she also has a unique ability to motivate individuals, such as myself, to continuously focus on areas of improvement. The other side of Connie is a little bit more personal. When my father passed away, I remember being scared and lost, and it was my twice a week meetings with Connie that I truly looked forward to. She has the ability to read my body language and on many occasions she would put aside talking about numbers and allow me to open up to her in a way that I have only been able to do with a very small select group of individuals. It was from these conversations that Connie was able to get me to stop thinking about the big picture and break down each work day into small victories. Connie is one of the more special people I have ever had the pleasure to work with and I look forward to continuing our relationship with Unleash Your Practice.

In the short time I have had with Connie there has been a whole process of self-rediscovery. She is great at making you feel at ease and helping you determine what it is that goes around you. She has been able to give me a better perspective and understanding to things I thought I already knew. This has been of tremendous help and would recommend her to anyone, no doubt!
— Jorge Escarcega
Connie is a rockstar - coaching seems to come so naturally to her and the impact she has on me is profound. Professionally, she helps me realize where my strengths lie. Personally, she helps shape me into a more well-rounded and confident individual. I specifically enjoyed our talk about how to channel my inner critic into positive energy in the work I do. I would recommend Connie in a heartbeat to anyone, and especially to those who are looking to leverage their success and to see the positivity within oneself.

Coaching had a big impact on my practice; it allowed me to be more focused on my personal practice. It taught me to make sure that I stay grounded to myself and how I want my practice to be run. It also helped me recognize and get rid of unnecessary stress that was caused because I was getting mad over things that I couldn’t control. Overall, was a good experience and I think anyone could benefit from it.

Connie has been tremendous to work with. She has given me her undivided attention during our sessions helping me work through the self-imposed barriers to success in this career. The result of the conversations was a better understanding of my purpose in this business. By helping me channel my “Why”, I have been able to talk with clients with more conviction and be more courageous about prospecting in the network where I can make the most impact for clients. Her coaching led me to accomplishing the first major milestone in my career; Pacesetter First 40.

I believe coaching has had a great impact on my practice by making me understand more that I can’t control the uncontrollable. Now that I am understanding that more, my practice is moving in the right direction. The inner lizard was great as well just being able to have a more positive outlook on certain aspects in my practice has been truly helpful.
— Lincoln Baylor
The coaching with Connie has allowed me to take a step back when things aren’t going as planned and remind myself I can only control my business, not other people’s business. Another point that has stuck with me is to always remind myself that I am calling for the person on the other end of the phone, not for myself. By doing this it makes phoning a less stressful task.

Being that I was an athlete for the last 9 years of my life, coaching has become something that I see as necessary. Not only is it necessary, its somethings that is already implemented in the relationships that we have in our lives. As humans, we look to other humans for advice and guidance. I loved having Connie as my coach. She was a great listener, told me what I needed to hear, not what I wanted to hear, helped me deal with the thoughts I didn’t want to confront, coached me on how to deal with them and replace then with thoughts that would help me and my business in my day to day life. I believe that having a coach in your life on a consistent basis can really have a positive impact on your business. As days pass we tend to forget how to replace the negative with the positive or we begin to lack in commitment and accountability. Being able to have Connie as my coach really helped me refocus on what I needed to do and thoughts I needed to have in order to stay in the right mind frame that would help my business succeed. I really do appreciate Connie. I think she’s amazing and I definitely look forward to working with her in the future.

Connie has great insight into the challenges of being a successful financial advisor. More importantly, she is able to peel back the layers and get to the root of the problem. If you are looking to grow, both personally and professionally, and not just treat the symptoms, then connecting with Connie is a good idea. I have no doubt my clients are better served for the time I have invested in coaching with Connie.

The Financial Advising industry can be very competitive, and very challenging for women with young children. While I was Financial Representative, Connie Moroz was my Performance Coach. While doing so she learned quickly that my background, circumstance and what fueled my performance was much different from the common demographic. She understood my most challenging moments in the business and in life at the time. Life balance is different for everyone; it is what makes you, the best you. Connie introduced the concept and practice of life balance and the wheel of life model. She helped me find myself again by discovering the what, why and how to achieve life balance that brings me happiness, peace, good health and time among all. Everyone needs balance in their life and Connie helped me achieve that and gave me a whole new perspective on how I can live life to gain the most out of it.
— Deanna Guidry
Connie Moroz is a fantastic coach that I would enthusiastically recommend everyone to work with. She takes the time to focus on your personal experiences that you have been working through and helps you devise a strategy on how to turn a negative into a positive. I have seen a dramatic increase in my business since my own coaching sessions with Connie, and I recognize that she provided a huge impact on that increase. Connie is readily available to you and flexible with your schedule. I would say she is the right fit for anyone and I would implore people to reach out and work with her.

Connie is a professional. She asks great questions and really helps you get to the bottom of what can drive you forward or what is holding you back. I highly recommend her for her conversational style and ability to ask great questions!
— Noah Parris
Coaching with Connie was awesome! She helped me to recognize my “why” to continue breaking through my thresholds and giving me a better understanding of my business. With her help, I could have much more conviction around prospecting making it a benefit to my client and not myself. Overall, it was a great experience and would highly recommend Connie to anyone in this industry. I am looking forward for us to continue working together in the future!
— Thomas J. Parks
I truly valued our conversation. I am completely aware of my struggles/inner demons, but it was great to have someone listen and give action-item feedback. I’m very impatient and always expect more from myself so it was extremely valuable to have Connie coach me to take a step back and relax myself through breathing methods. I appreciated her time and knowledge!
— Nicole Hurley
Connie’s coaching in the short time we worked together was invaluable to my business. Her dedication and positivity always came through on our phone calls and I would endorse her coaching to anyone looking to take their business to a new level.
— Tim Uihlein
Taking time to work with Connie is one of the most impactful changes I have made to my business in the past year. She helps understand and find your most genuine self. By doing so, it allows me to better serve and help my clients, as well bring more joy to my practice. If you have ever gotten anxious over a client meeting or had call reluctance, then you owe it to yourself to visit with Connie and overcome these barriers in your practice. Once you do, your practice will be more efficient, profitable, and fun.
